Call Centre Agent – Multiple Opportunities Across South Africa

About the role
We are seeking experienced South African call‑centre professionals for a range of immediate openings across the country’s leading BPO, customer‑service, sales, collections and healthcare support environments. Positions are full‑time, permanent and available in all major South African cities, with salaries ranging from R6 000 to R25 000 per month.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer service calls.
- Conduct outbound sales and lead‑generation calls.
- Perform debt‑collection and retention activities.
- Provide technical support and medical‑aid customer service.
- Process claims, authorisations and hospital/healthcare administration.
- Support general call‑centre operations.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a call‑centre or contact‑centre.
- Strong communication and confidence when speaking to customers.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to work under pressure with a professional, reliable attitude.
- Experience in customer service, sales, collections, healthcare servicing or admin is a plus.
