Call Centre Agent – Fixed‑Term (Cape Town)

About the role

Our client is seeking enthusiastic, customer‑focused Call Centre Agents for a fixed‑term contract starting in August/September 2026 in Cape Town. You will join a fast‑paced environment where you will assist customers, resolve enquiries and uphold high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer enquiries professionally.
• Provide accurate information and resolve issues in line with company policies.
• Meet performance, quality and productivity targets set by the team.
• Document interactions and update customer records as required.
• Work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays when needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience in a call centre or retail environment.
• Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
• Valid South African ID and clear criminal record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work under pressure.
