Call Centre Agent – Customer Service Representative

About the role
We are looking for Call Centre Representatives who will act as the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. In this role you will answer incoming calls, place orders, respond to inquiries, manage complaints, troubleshoot service problems and provide general information. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a positive experience and helping to drive customer satisfaction. The position requires a friendly attitude, good problem‑solving abilities and the capacity to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customers' emails.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints.
- Make outgoing calls to clients.
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
Required profile
- High school / Grade 11 education.
- Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately.
- Teamwork and resilience.
- No prior experience required.
