About the role

We are seeking a high‑energy, ambitious Senior Front‑of‑House Manager to lead the team at a busy Morningside café. The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a smooth, efficient floor environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the front‑of‑house team, including scheduling and performance management.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily cash reconciliation.
• Manage stock levels, ordering, and inventory control for the service area.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service flow.

Required profile
