Cabin Crew Recruitment Advisor (12‑month contract)

About the role

Emirates is seeking a Cabin Crew Recruitment Advisor to lead the end‑to‑end hiring process for cabin crew in South Africa. You will work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment, ensuring candidates align with Emirates’ values and standards while contributing to a world‑class employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and develop annual recruitment plans for cabin crew and related departments.
• Manage high‑volume recruitment campaigns locally and globally, collaborating with agencies and hospitality schools.
• Strategically source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn and other digital channels.
• Design and implement selection methods such as assessment centres, digital assessments and behavioural interviews.
• Maintain professional relationships with candidates, hiring managers and external partners.
• Provide market insights on regional employment trends to promote Emirates as an employer of choice.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and monitor key metrics via dashboard tools.
• Oversee recruitment agencies to ensure compliance with Emirates’ brand standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of schooling or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of recruitment experience in‑house or agency (or 2 years in‑house/agency plus 2 years cabin‑crew experience).
• SHRM, HRCI or similar HR certification is desirable.
• Ability to travel for recruitment campaigns and represent Emirates at career events.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) platforms.
• Experience using HRIS databases.
• Ability to operate digital assessment and video‑interviewing tools.
• Competence in creating and analysing recruitment dashboards.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and online job‑board sourcing.
