Business Manager

About the role

RMB is seeking a Business Manager to lead strategic product mobilisation and drive early‑stage product development across its Financial Services portfolio in South Africa. The role will own the Dynamics CRM platform, fostering collaboration between Marketing and Client Groups to maximise adoption and deliver market‑differentiated solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle from ideation, business analysis, delivery to optimisation.
• Gather, refine and prioritise business requirements in partnership with cross‑functional teams.
• Share domain expertise, conduct workshops and training to elevate team capability.
• Identify and implement process innovations, automation and simplification initiatives.
• Monitor customer feedback and usage data to guide product enhancements.
• Manage vendor and partner relationships, define and monitor SLAs, and support commercial negotiations.
• Act as escalation point for vendor performance issues and ensure resolution.
• Implement governance, compliance and quality assurance processes to maintain audit readiness.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product lifecycle management within a financial services or related environment.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and requirement‑management skills.
• Ability to translate customer insights into actionable product improvements.
• Excellent communication and facilitation abilities.
