Business Generator (Lead Generation Specialist)

About the role

Daisy Business Solutions is growing its business development team in Pretoria and is hiring several Business Generators (lead generation specialists) in Arcadia. You will be the first voice prospective B2B clients hear, reaching decision-makers by phone and turning cold contacts into qualified appointments for the sales team. The work is fast-paced and target-driven, with uncapped commission.

Key responsibilities

• Run high-volume outbound cold-calling campaigns to prospective B2B clients across the target markets
• Identify and engage decision-makers, qualify leads and build a strong pipeline of interested prospects
• Book appointments and product demos and hand them off to the sales team
• Keep accurate, up-to-date records of every call, conversation and outcome in the CRM
• Follow up consistently with leads to keep momentum in the pipeline
• Work with sales and marketing to sharpen outreach messaging and strategy

Required profile

• Matric (essential)
• Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing or lead generation; 1+ years preferred
• A track record of meeting or exceeding activity and sales targets
• B2B sales experience is highly advantageous
• Exceptional verbal communication and active listening, confident and able to handle objections professionally
• Resilient, self-motivated and competitive; Afrikaans speaking
