About the role

We are seeking a Business Documentation Specialist to design realistic business tasks and scenarios for AI evaluation. This remote contract role involves creating and assessing content that mirrors Fortune 500 environments using Microsoft Office tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build complex business scenarios in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Conduct prompt‑driven conversations with language models to simulate real‑world business settings.
• Evaluate AI‑generated solutions for accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness.
• Develop detailed assessments highlighting model strengths, weaknesses, and improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to financial models, executive presentations, strategic proposals, and data‑driven reports.
• Document findings and provide actionable feedback for AI system development.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business environments such as finance, healthcare, consulting, technology, or retail.
• Hands‑on experience supporting strategy, operations, sales, marketing, finance, or HR projects within large enterprises.
• Ability to design nuanced, high‑impact business scenarios.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear documentation.
