Business Development Representative – SDR (Entry Level)

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Generate outbound meetings for clients using high‑volume cold calling, targeted emails, LinkedIn outreach, networking and research.
• Build meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Engage directly with C‑suite leaders and senior decision‑makers across startups to global enterprises.
• Run discovery calls to uncover business challenges and strategic priorities.
• Represent EngageTech with confidence and integrity as the initial contact for prospects.
