Business Development Representative – Pipeline (Mafikeng Depot)

About the role
The role focuses on driving volume growth, increasing market share and strengthening competitiveness for AB InBev’s portfolio in the Mafikeng depot area. You will deliver market‑driven, differentiated service to identified customer segments and ensure sustainable performance. Success will be measured by sales targets, distributor management and product availability.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets for the assigned area.
- Manage and supervise distributors (order, payment, redistribution).
- Ensure IB products are available in a complete range at customers and retail outlets.
- Ensure chillers are properly placed and used exclusively for IBPLC products.
- Monitor recommended pricing at sales outlets.
- Closely monitor competitor actions.
Required profile
- 3‑year degree qualification.
- At least 2 years’ experience in sales/marketing/FMCG environment.
- Valid unendorsed Code 8 driver’s licence.
- Basic computer literacy with Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of the local area.
- Excellent administration skills.
