Business Development Representative (BDR)

About the role
The Business Development Representative will drive growth by increasing sales volumes, market share, and competitiveness within assigned segments. You will work closely with distributors and retail outlets to ensure product availability and optimal placement, while monitoring pricing and competitor activity.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets for assigned areas.
- Manage and supervise distributors, handling orders, payments, and redistribution.
- Ensure IB products are fully stocked across customer and retail outlets.
- Oversee proper placement and exclusive use of chillers for IBPLC products.
- Monitor recommended retail pricing and adjust as needed.
- Track competitor actions and market trends.
Required profile
- Three‑year degree qualification.
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales, marketing, or FMCG environment.
- Valid unendorsed Code 8 driver’s licence.
- Basic computer literacy with experience using Microsoft Office.
- Strong local area knowledge.
- Excellent administration skills.
