About the role

We are looking for a charismatic Business Development Manager to drive growth of SAB’s Premium brands at the Springfield Depot. The role combines commercial acumen with strong relationship building to exceed sales targets and expand market share in the on‑premises channel.

Key responsibilities

Build and maintain point‑of‑contact relationships with customers and internal SAB teams, ensuring high‑level service.
Develop and implement customer‑specific business programs, account plans and new sales opportunities for premium brands.
Educate and train customers on correct in‑store positioning and execution of SAB’s premium category.
Provide the Premium Co. team with market insights and assist in driving market share, financial targets and growth objectives.

Required profile

3‑5 years sales experience within FMCG, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Minimum tertiary qualification (3‑year degree).
Valid driver’s licence and ability to work outside normal hours.
Strong communication, negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
