Business Development Manager – Remote (30-40k Rand base + OTE)

About the role

We are a leading professional services firm seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to work remotely. You will focus on expanding our client base across the legal, technology, and accounting sectors, leveraging both inbound and historic leads.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and win new business from law firms, tech companies, and accounting firms.
• Conduct high‑volume outbound calling and digital outreach to generate opportunities.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through regular meetings.
• Convert warm leads and cold prospects into closed deals.
• Coordinate client meetings, ensure successful execution, and follow‑up.
• Market candidate profiles to clients and reactivate historic leads.
• Contribute to the growth of the business in the US market.

Required profile

• Proven business development experience, preferably in recruitment or a B2B environment.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Comfortable with heavy outbound calling and digital outreach.
• Results‑driven, self‑motivated and highly organized.
• Willingness to work USA hours (10:00 AM – 8:15 PM UK time).
