Business Development Manager – Mining & Renewable Energy

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead international projects in the mining and renewable energy sectors. The role involves identifying, securing, and developing new opportunities across borders while representing our finance company on a global stage.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new mining and renewable energy projects worldwide.
• Build and maintain relationships with international clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Lead commercial negotiations and close contracts that align with company objectives.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Travel internationally as required to meet clients and attend industry events.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of business development experience, preferably in mining or renewable energy.
• Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Strong international network within the target sectors.
• Valid passport and willingness to travel extensively.

Required skills

• Proven track record of securing large‑scale international projects.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Experience in commercial negotiations and partnership management.
