Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of the Johannesburg market, generating new business through targeted prospecting, cold calling, networking, and partner engagement.
• Identify and qualify opportunities, deliver presentations, prepare proposals, and close deals while managing the full sales cycle.
• Strengthen existing client relationships, identify upselling opportunities, and maintain an accurate, active sales pipeline.

Required profile

• Matric; an NQF 5 or higher qualification is advantageous.
• 2–10 years of relevant business development or account management experience.
• Proven experience within a distribution or partner‑channel environment.
• Exposure to data storage, cloud, connectivity, backup or related technologies.
• Strong new‑business sales record with evidence of achieving targets.
• CRM experience, ideally Zoho.
• Valid driver’s licence, reliable transport and stable home internet.
