Business Development Manager – Corporate Travel

About the role

As a Business Development Manager you will own the full sales cycle for Corporate Traveller, from prospecting new businesses to securing long‑term partnerships. You will help small‑ and medium‑size companies improve the way they manage travel, leveraging our technology and expert support.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage new corporate clients through networking, referrals and lead generation.
• Conduct consultative discovery to understand travel challenges and present tailored solutions.
• Deliver engaging sales presentations, demonstrate online booking tools and negotiate contracts.
• Oversee onboarding of new clients, introducing them to their dedicated travel team.
• Maintain CRM data, follow‑up activities and work towards sales targets and KPIs.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of B2B business development or sales experience.
• Proven ability to sell consultatively and manage the full sales cycle.
• Strong relationship‑building, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work autonomously.
