Business Development Manager – B2B Sales (USA/UK)

About the role

Our client is a global BPO and Business Services organisation that provides outsourced solutions across Healthcare, Finance & Accounting, Customer Experience and Business Support. As part of their expanding global sales team, they are seeking a high‑performing Business Development Manager to generate new business in the USA and UK markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research target accounts across the USA and UK.
• Conduct cold‑calling, email and LinkedIn prospecting to generate leads.
• Engage CEOs, CFOs and senior business leaders with tailored outreach.
• Create compelling sales scripts and outreach messaging.
• Qualify prospects and secure confirmed meetings.
• Build and manage a strong prospect pipeline.
• Collaborate closely with the global sales team.
• Meet and exceed activity and opportunity targets.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of B2B sales, business development or lead generation experience.
• Proven cold‑calling and outbound sales track record.
• Experience targeting the USA and/or UK markets is highly advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong script‑writing and senior‑executive engagement skills.
• Commercially minded, target‑driven and resilient.
