About the role
Fresha is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive growth in the Cape Town market. Working in a hybrid model (three days onsite), you will combine proactive cold outreach with face‑to‑face field sales to win and onboard new partners for the AI‑powered operating system serving the beauty, wellness and self‑care industry.
Key responsibilities
- Consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Contact key decision‑makers via phone, email and social channels, arranging in‑person meetings when appropriate.
- Present, promote and sell Fresha’s products and services through demos.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Conduct cost‑benefit and needs analyses to align solutions with partner objectives.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless partner experience.
- Provide market trend feedback to inform product and strategy development.
Required profile
- Self‑motivated and able to work autonomously in a fast‑changing environment.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage a pipeline.
- Comfortable with both remote outreach and on‑site field sales.
