Business Development & Customer Success Consultant (Johannesburg, Durban, Cape Town)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing national distributor of renewable energy and power solutions as a Business Development & Customer Success Consultant. You will own a portfolio of B2B accounts across Johannesburg, Durban and Cape Town, building trusted relationships and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop an existing portfolio of installers, resellers and channel partners.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Conduct regular face‑to‑face and virtual meetings to understand customer needs.
• Introduce appropriate products and solutions to increase customer spend.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records.

Required profile

• Commercially minded sales professional with strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Experience in B2B sales environments such as ICT, telecommunications, technology distribution or industrial sales.
• Willingness to learn renewable‑energy products and technical details.
• Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial attitude and ability to work independently.
