Business Analyst – Process Improvement (R50k‑R60k)

About the role

An IM Business Analyst is needed to analyse business processes for a fast‑growing agri‑business, identify inefficiencies and translate requirements into clear specifications for technology teams. The role bridges business needs and technology to drive automation, digitisation and improved user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to capture needs and produce structured business, functional and system requirements.
• Act as the liaison between business and technology teams, converting processes into technology concepts.
• Assess application capabilities, integrations and data flows to recommend solutions aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Lead or facilitate analysis, solution design, testing and documentation for application changes and new solutions.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, automate and digitise processes using applications, workflows, data integration, AI and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with developers, vendors and stakeholders to ensure solutions are fit for purpose and deliver intended outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Information Systems.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable personal transport.
