Business Analyst – Financial Planning & Analysis

About the role

We are seeking a Business Analyst specialized in Financial Planning & Analysis to join our finance team. Reporting to the CFO, you will translate data into actionable insights, support budgeting, forecasting and help drive strategic decisions across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and facilitate financial planning processes, including annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
• Produce planning reports, conduct variance analysis and collaborate with heads of departments.
• Enhance the financial reporting framework, monitor performance, set and track KPIs, and present monthly financial results.
• Perform pricing and profitability analysis, develop pricing strategies and identify high‑margin opportunities.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise on ad‑hoc financial projects and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in FP&A, business analysis or a related finance role.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective communicator able to present complex financial information to senior leaders.
• Proactive, results‑driven and comfortable meeting tight reporting deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Proficiency with BI tools.
• Familiarity with financial software.
