Business Analyst (CH1202)

About the role

Our client, a leading payment aggregator and provider of secure payment solutions, is looking for a Business Analyst to join their growing team. This role supports the development and delivery of innovative payment products by translating business needs into clear requirements and ensuring alignment across teams.

Key responsibilities

• Gathering and documenting business and reporting requirements.
• Translating business needs into functional documentation.
• Documenting procedures and workflows.
• Supporting project delivery and backlog grooming within the PMO.
• Managing requirement changes and maintaining BA documentation.
• Supporting UAT and ensuring features meet requirements.
• Continuously improving analysis tools and processes.
• All other tasks related to the role.

Required profile

• Relevant tertiary qualification.
• 3-5 years of similar business analysis experience.
• Strong understanding of the payments environment (retailers, digital, banking, card schemes, EFT, settlement, acquiring, etc.).
• Full understanding of the Microsoft suite, Draw.IO, Jira, Confluence and Visio.
• Fluent in business English; additional languages are beneficial.
• Valid driver’s license and own transport.
