Brand Marketing Manager

About the role

Join Hollywoodbets’ Purple Team as a Brand Marketing Manager based in Durban, Umhlanga. You will drive the execution of the brand strategy, lead integrated 360° marketing campaigns and ensure consistent brand delivery across all customer touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the brand strategy and annual plans, translating strategic priorities into integrated marketing campaigns and clear roadmaps.
• Lead the planning and delivery of 360° campaigns, overseeing content strategy, media activation, sponsorships, events, CRM and creative services.
• Manage large marketing budgets, track ROI, and report performance against KPIs to the Head of Brand Marketing.
• Oversee sponsorship, activation and major brand events, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and maximising exposure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with product, commercial, digital, creative, PR and regional teams, acting as the key brand execution leader.
• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing marketing team, conducting performance reviews and succession planning.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a management role.
• Proven track record leading multi‑channel campaigns and managing large marketing budgets.
• Experience in consumer brands, preferably within betting, gaming, sportsbook, entertainment or FMCG.
• Background in sponsorship, events marketing and national brand management.
• Diploma or degree in a related field.
