Brand Manager Oncology

About the role

A pharmaceutical company is seeking a Brand Manager to develop and execute strategic brand plans that drive growth and performance of oncology products across the assigned portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual and long‑term brand strategies for oncology/dermatology portfolios.
• Conduct market and customer insights analysis, including disease trends, competitor activity and pricing dynamics.
• Design and oversee omnichannel marketing campaigns and promotional materials, ensuring scientific accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as Medical Affairs, Sales, Market Access, Regulatory and Supply Chain to execute brand plans.
• Track brand performance metrics, manage the brand budget and prepare regular performance reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine or a related field; postgraduate qualification is advantageous.
• 3–7 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing experience, preferably within oncology or dermatology.
• Proven experience in brand planning, marketing strategy development and campaign execution.
• Strong commercial and analytical abilities with the capacity to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with sales, medical affairs, market access and regulatory teams.
