Brand Manager

About the role

Premium Placements is a retail company based in Durban North seeking a Brand Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives that elevate the brand, deepen customer connections, and drive growth. The role blends collaboration, activations, and consumer insights with a strong commercial focus.

Key responsibilities

• Lead customer experience planning and brand campaign execution.
• Manage special projects and consumer research to refine market positioning.
• Develop and implement omni‑channel marketing and content strategies across digital, print, and in‑store channels.
• Monitor emerging industry trends and translate them into innovative marketing solutions.
• Coordinate with agencies, suppliers, and internal teams for campaign planning, rollout, and reporting.

Required profile

• Grade 12 (essential) and a relevant qualification in Marketing, Brand Management, Communications or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in brand management, marketing coordination or integrated marketing.
• Experience in retail marketing environments and multi‑channel campaign execution.
• Proven ability to support campaign planning, execution and reporting.
