Brand & Content Manager – Purpose‑Led Organisation

About the role

We are seeking a Brand & Content Manager to join a purpose‑led investment organisation in Stellenbosch. The role sits at the intersection of business, investment and social impact, reporting to the Head of Communications and driving the brand narrative across all channels. You will translate ideas into visual and written assets, leveraging AI tools where appropriate.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise, write and produce high‑quality content that engages audiences and reinforces the brand story.
• Manage social media channels from creation through scheduling, publishing and community engagement.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, using insights to refine strategy.
• Oversee paid digital advertising campaigns and optimise spend.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors and specialist partners to deliver projects.
• Update website content and draft social copy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma in marketing, brand management or digital communications.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and communications, including campaign conception, data analysis and performance management.
• Strong alignment with the organisation’s faith‑based values and principles.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Keynote and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager and WordPress.
• Video creation/editing using Premiere Pro, CapCut or Final Cut (optional but advantageous).
