About the role

The Brand & Content Designer acts as the custodian of an assigned consumer brand, ensuring its identity is protected and consistently presented across all customer touchpoints. This role blends creative execution with commercial insight to strengthen the brand experience in digital, retail, packaging, and marketing environments.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of brand custodianship, maintaining consistency and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Design and produce high‑quality creative assets, leveraging AI‑powered tools for efficiency.
• Ensure the brand is represented uniformly across every customer interaction.
• Translate consumer feedback into actionable recommendations for product, packaging, and messaging.
• Support trade marketing and brand activation in retail environments.
• Gather insights from retailers, distributors, and sales teams to drive product and packaging enhancements.
