Branch Supervisor – FSP (Newcastle)

About the role

The Branch Supervisor will lead the daily operations of our Newcastle branch, ensuring client retention and compliance with regulatory standards. This permanent role reports to senior management and focuses on driving sales performance and customer service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Retention of clientele.
• Supervising and managing daily branch operations.
• Leading, coaching, and mentoring sales teams to achieve targets.
• Setting and monitoring individual and team sales goals.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Handling escalated customer queries and resolving complaints effectively.
• Implementing sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Overseeing risk management and proper documentation processes.
• Driving customer service excellence and improving client satisfaction levels.

Required profile

• Grade 12 qualification.
• 2–3 years’ experience in financial services.
• Business Management, Marketing or related tertiary qualification.
• Clear ITC and clear criminal record.
• Own reliable transport and cell phone.
• RE‑5 or RE‑1 qualification (advantage).
• Proven success in marketing life assurance products.
