Branch Manager – Vosloorus (Chris Hani Crossing)

About the role

The Branch Manager will lead the Sanlam Retail Mass branch in Vosloorus, driving growth of the customer base and revenue. You will develop and execute the branch strategy while ensuring an excellent client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the retail branch strategy to increase sales and market share.
• Guide, integrate and standardise activities of Sales Consultants in line with strategic goals.
• Lead a service‑delivery culture to provide optimal client experiences both inside and outside the branch.
• Oversee day‑to‑day branch operations, compliance, risk management and quality assurance.
• Manage people practices for direct reports, including talent management, performance reviews and capacity planning.
• Plan and report monthly sales and service activities, and engage with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Matric (Grade 12) with RE1 and RE5, plus 120 Wealth Management credits or a tertiary qualification recognised by the FSCA.
• Minimum five years of recent industry experience, including at least three years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in insurance sales, credit and lending, and service management.
• Current Class of Business accreditation and continuous professional development compliance.
