Branch Manager – Retail (Sasolburg)

About the role

As a Branch Manager in Sasolburg you will lead the retail branch, grow the customer base and revenue for Sanlam Retail Mass, and ensure excellent service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Grow the customer base and revenue through execution of the retail branch strategy.
• Guide, integrate and standardise activities of Sales Consultants in line with strategy.
• Lead a service‑delivery culture to enable an optimal client experience.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations and overall branch performance.
• Develop branch strategy, business planning and monthly sales reporting.
• Ensure compliance, quality and risk management.
• Oversee people practices for direct reports in collaboration with HR.
• Identify and engage key internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Matric (Grade 12) with RE1 and RE5.
• 120 Wealth Management credits or tertiary qualification recognised by the FSCA.
• Class of Business accreditation (annual) and CPD compliance.
• Minimum 5 years industry experience, including 3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Service management, insurance sales, and credit/lending experience.
