Branch Manager – Burgersfort

About the role

Sanlam Developing Markets SDM is seeking a Branch Manager for its Burgersfort location to lead the retail branch, grow the customer base and drive revenue through effective strategy execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the branch strategy, overseeing sales delivery and service culture.
• Lead and integrate Sales Consultants, ensuring compliance, risk management and operational excellence.
• Manage day‑to‑day branch operations, including people practices, planning, reporting and stakeholder engagement.

Required profile

• Matric (Grade 12) with RE1 and RE5, plus 120 Wealth Management credits or a tertiary qualification recognised by the FSCA.
• Minimum 5 years of industry experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role, with service management and credit/lending experience.

• Data and analytics, including data visualisation.
