About the role
Provide financial advice and client service in a branch setting, promoting Sanlam Retail Mass products and increasing market share in Vosloorus.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and sell SRM product range, providing tailored financial solutions based on client needs.
- Manage client appointments, walk‑ins and follow‑ups, ensuring high service standards and retention.
- Validate client details, submit new business, conduct due diligence and flag risks.
- Maintain daily activity logs, produce weekly/monthly reports and support the Retail Branch Manager.
- Stay compliant with regulatory requirements, keep CPD points up‑to‑date and record advice appropriately.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales or marketing; insurance branch experience advantageous.
- Matric (Grade 12) qualification; RE5 advantageous; FAIS compliant as per DOFA requirements.
- Willingness to complete Class of Business training within 12 months of employment.
