Branch Consultant – Emalahleni

About the role

The Branch Consultant will operate from our Emalahleni office, driving sales of financial products while delivering professional advice to walk‑in and scheduled clients. The role combines proactive selling, client relationship management and strict regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively market and sell a range of financial products, meeting individual sales targets.
• Provide sound, needs‑based financial advice ensuring product suitability.
• Manage client enquiries, policy queries and maintain ongoing client relationships.
• Ensure all activities comply with FAIS and FICA regulations.
• Maintain continuous professional development and regulatory competence.

Required profile

• Matric (Grade 12) or NQF Level 4 qualification.
• RE5 Certification and a FSCA‑recognised qualification of at least 120 credits.
• FAIS compliance as per DOFA requirements.
• Clear credit and criminal records.
• Minimum of one year experience in marketing, sales or a client‑facing role; financial services experience preferred.
