About the role
We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to support the Financial Manager in daily financial operations and maintain accurate records across multiple business divisions in Sandton.
Key responsibilities
- Perform full bookkeeping functions up to trial balance.
- Execute reconciliations, creditor processing and payment runs.
- Provide VAT support and ensure SARS compliance.
- Assist with month‑end processes, payroll and financial reporting.
- Maintain accurate financial records for various divisions.
Required profile
- Relevant bookkeeping or accounting qualification.
- Proven experience in a bookkeeping or finance support role.
- Strong reconciliations and accounts payable experience.
- Experience with foreign creditors, imports and payment processing is advantageous.
- Knowledge of VAT, SARS compliance and statutory submissions.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.
