Bookkeeper / Administrator (Live-out)

About the role

This position supports a farming operation in the Schwizer Reneke area of the North West province, South Africa. The role is a live‑out, full‑time bookkeeper and administrator responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and providing general office support.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain day‑to‑day bookkeeping, including journal entries, ledger updates, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payroll data.
• Produce regular financial reports for management review.
• Handle general administrative duties such as filing, correspondence, and record keeping.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies.

Required profile

• Diploma, degree or certification in Accounting or Bookkeeping.
• Minimum of three (3) years proven experience in a bookkeeping role.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Computer literacy (ability to use standard office software and bookkeeping applications).
