About the role
The organisation is seeking a diligent Bookkeeper to support its financial and administrative functions. Reporting directly to management, the incumbent will handle the full spectrum of bookkeeping tasks and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain computerized accounting records up to trial balance.
- Prepare monthly financial statements.
- Compile and monitor budgets.
- Manage financial administration, including lodging, subsidies, and accounts.
- Oversee salary administration and statutory returns.
- Process pension payments for residents.
- Perform administrative and secretarial duties as required.
Required profile
- Strong human‑relations abilities.
- Well‑developed numerical and computer proficiency.
- High accuracy and ability to work under pressure.
Required skills
- Experience with Pastel accounting software.
- Experience with VIP accounting software.
