Bilingual Customer Service Specialist – Spanish/English (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, bilingual Customer Service Specialist who will provide voice and chat support to our customers in both Spanish and English. Working remotely, you will handle inbound calls, chat messages, and emails, delivering fast and personalized assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers via inbound calls, live chat, and email.
• Troubleshoot issues and find quick resolutions.
• Personalize interactions to understand and meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Provide feedback to continuously improve service quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Previous bilingual support experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM systems is advantageous.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias.
• Experience with Zendesk.
• Experience with Shopify or similar e‑commerce platforms.
