About the role
Foschini is hiring a Beauty Advisor for a maternity cover position at its Beauty Box store in Westville. This is a fixed-term assignment of 120 hours.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve store targets for turnover, new accounts and rewards
- Provide excellent customer service
- Manage stock, including daily stock counts
- Handle visual merchandising
- Carry out administrative tasks
Required profile
- 2-3 years of retail experience
- 1-2 years of cosmetics experience
- Beauty-related qualification desirable
Required skills
- Excellent selling skills
- Strong interest in retail and the cosmetic field
- Effective communication and persuasion at all levels
- Initiative, resourcefulness and the ability to solve problems quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service delivery, planning and organisation, strategic sales planning and managing the sales process
