BDR 3 – Business Development Representative

About the role
The Business Development Representative (BDR 3) will drive volume growth, increase market share and enhance competitiveness for our portfolio of IB products. You will work closely with distributors and retail outlets to ensure product availability, optimal merchandising and price compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets for assigned territories and product lines.
- Manage and supervise distributors, handling orders, payments and re‑distribution.
- Maintain adequate stock levels of the full product range at customers and retail points.
- Ensure brand visibility through effective POS displays and dedicated chillers.
- Monitor competitor actions and pricing to protect market position.
Required profile
- 3‑year degree qualification.
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales, marketing or FMCG environment.
- Valid unendorsed Code 8 driver’s licence.
- Strong local area knowledge and excellent administration skills.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
