Key responsibilities

• Work as part of a team that maximises guest satisfaction and delivers timely responses to enquiries.
• Take responsibility for assigned duties, ensuring work is carried out professionally and on time.
• Deliver departmental plans and objectives, achieving hotel initiatives and targets.
• Collaborate with immediate supervisors to control costs, inventory and maintain productivity.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships while promoting company culture and values.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and internal audit requirements, performing follow‑up as needed.

Required profile

• Experience in food & beverage service is beneficial.
• Hands‑on, can‑do work style with a commitment to exceptional guest service.
• Ability to find creative solutions and take ownership of tasks.
• Personal integrity and ability to work in a high‑excellence environment.
• Experience using IT systems on various platforms.
• Strong communication skills.
