Bar Staff – Serve Food & Drinks

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic, fun‑loving individuals to join our team at The Admiral Collingwood pub. No prior experience is required – just a positive attitude, reliability and the ability to stay calm under pressure. You will work as part of a friendly crew delivering food and drinks to customers throughout the day and night.

Key responsibilities

• Take orders and serve drinks to the correct specification, both at the bar and via the customer app.
• Prepare and dispense a range of beverages, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Deliver food orders promptly and clear plates within the required timeframe.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and “clean as you go” throughout the venue.
• Perform ancillary duties such as glass‑washing, restocking fridges, floor and beer‑garden clearing, and occasional toilet checks.

Required profile

• Friendly, reliable and team‑oriented.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to stay calm and focused during busy periods.

• Drink preparation.
• Cash handling and order taking via a customer app.
