Bar Staff – Serve Food & Drinks at The Admiral Collingwood

About the role

Join a friendly, high‑energy team at The Admiral Collingwood pub, delivering food and drink service to customers in a fast‑paced environment. No prior experience is required – we provide full training and support to help you succeed.

Key responsibilities

• Take orders and serve drinks to the correct specification, both at the bar and via the customer app.
• Deliver food to tables, check‑back orders, and clear plates within required timeframes.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, including clearing tables, wiping surfaces, and performing toilet checks.
• Assist with glass‑washing, restocking fridges, floor and beer‑garden duties as needed.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, reliable and friendly with a positive attitude.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and work well as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and follow training programmes.

Required skills

• Basic customer service skills.
• Ability to handle cash and operate a point‑of‑sale system.
