About the role

Join Generator's vibrant Food & Beverage team in Rome as a Bar Crew member. You will help deliver an unforgettable hospitality experience in a fast‑moving, lifestyle‑focused environment located just steps from the Colosseum.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure every customer interaction exceeds expectations and leaves a lasting positive impression.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and fully stocked bar at all times, including glasses, ice, garnishes, and cocktail mixes.
• Monitor and replenish stock levels to guarantee product availability during service.
• Uphold high standards of drink quality, cleanliness of tables, floors, and equipment, especially during busy periods.
• Assist with cash reconciliation and ensure the float balances according to cash handling procedures.
• Collaborate with the Bar Supervisor or F&B Manager to address any service or quality issues.

• Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure.
• Strong commercial mindset with a passion for driving revenue.
• Attention to stock control and cost minimisation.
