About the role
We are seeking a motivated B2B Telesales Specialist to join Office Technologies Africa’s sales team. The role focuses on generating qualified leads and setting appointments for our printer, solar, and business equipment rental solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to business owners and decision‑makers.
- Identify and qualify prospects for printer rentals, solar rentals, and equipment finance.
- Schedule appointments and hand over leads to the sales closing team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow‑ups, and pipeline status.
- Achieve monthly lead‑generation and appointment targets.
Required profile
- Proven B2B telesales or lead‑generation experience.
- Confident communication with senior business contacts.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
- Professional telephone etiquette and strong closing ability.
- Organised, computer‑literate and able to manage follow‑ups.
