B2B Sales & Relationship Specialist – Remote (South Africa)

About the role

FACES, a leading brand in the aesthetics and pharmaceutical sector, is seeking a results‑driven B2B Sales & Relationship Specialist to reactivate its dormant practitioner database. Working remotely from South Africa, you will identify why existing users are not purchasing, uncover competitor pricing, and convert them into long‑term customers.

Key responsibilities

• Activate dormant accounts using phone, WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn to secure responses.
• Conduct pricing discovery conversations, verify supplier invoices and present superior offers.
• Build trusted advisory relationships with solo entrepreneurs, clinic owners and sole traders.
• Drive first‑order acquisition and ensure full migration of wholesale buying to the FACES platform.
• Maintain a consistent cadence of touchpoints without becoming intrusive.

Required profile

• 5+ years of proven B2B sales and account management experience, preferably in wholesale or healthcare.
• Comfortable researching competitor suppliers and dismantling their relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for high‑EQ relationship building with solo business owners.
• Persistent, methodical and able to manage multi‑channel outreach.

What we offer

• Base salary £1,500‑£2,000 per month plus uncapped 2% commission on gross profit.
