Automotive Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Recruiter to join our Automotive recruitment team. You will support the delivery of talent across a range of technical and specialist roles, tackling hard‑to‑fill positions and building strong stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process for Automotive, Engineering and technical vacancies.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
• Proactively source, engage and assess candidates for niche and hard‑to‑fill roles.
• Present high‑quality shortlists and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Provide regular updates on progress, challenges and market conditions to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and continuously improve sourcing outcomes using feedback and data.

Required profile

• Previous recruitment experience in technical, engineering or specialist environments.
• Strong sourcing capability and ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Excellent communication with hiring managers, candidates and stakeholders.
• Proactive, curious, and willing to learn new industry terminology.
• Resilient and persistent when recruiting for niche positions.
