Audit Supervisor

About the role

Moore Southern Cape is seeking an Audit Supervisor to join its George office. The role focuses on managing a portfolio of audit clients, primarily individuals, owner‑managed entities and smaller audits, while also developing a team of SAICA trainee accountants.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and deliver audit engagements for individuals, owner‑managed businesses and small entities.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal audit standards.
• Mentor and coach SAICA trainee accountants, fostering their professional growth.
• Contribute to the overall management and strategic direction of the audit department.
• Maintain client relationships and provide advisory‑driven services.
• Handle multiple assignments, deadlines and competing priorities in a busy team environment.
