Assistant Manager - Cape Town Station

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to take primary responsibility for operating a profitable quick‑service restaurant at our Cape Town station. You will lead a team to deliver high‑quality products, exceed sales targets, and ensure an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and achieve or surpass set revenue goals.
• Manage staffing levels, recruit, train and develop competent team members.
• Maintain product quality standards and ensure consistent service delivery.
• Oversee cash handling, transaction accuracy, and financial reporting.
• Implement operational efficiencies in line with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and address any service issues promptly.

Required profile

• Grade 12 qualification with at least three years of experience in a similar management role.
• A tertiary qualification is desirable but not mandatory.
• Proven experience managing a Quick‑Service Restaurant (QSR) environment.
