About the role
Old Mutual is seeking self‑motivated, dynamic individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our team as Aspiring Financial Advisors. In this entry‑level position you will help our valued customers achieve their lifetime financial goals by understanding their needs and delivering tailored advice.
Key responsibilities
- Identify customers’ financial needs through consultative conversations.
- Provide sound, unbiased financial advice and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Design and implement “fit for purpose” financial plans.
- Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with clients.
- Manage customer feedback and ensure high service standards.
Required profile
- Self‑motivated, dynamic and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Education: NQF Level 5 – Higher, Advanced or Occupational Certificate or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with sales software and data management tools.
