About the role

Old Mutual is seeking self‑motivated, dynamic individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our team as Aspiring Financial Advisers. Based in Vereeniging, you will help customers achieve their long‑term financial goals by understanding their needs and delivering tailored advice.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients to identify their financial objectives and challenges.
• Provide sound, unbiased financial advice and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Develop and implement customised financial plans that align with client goals.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Collaborate with senior advisers and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, dynamic and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Education: NQF Level 4 – Grade 12, School Leaving Certificate, or equivalent.
• Strong communication and consultative selling abilities.
• Commitment to building trusted relationships with clients.
